Rachel Green is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) and the Association francophone de diffusion de l’Entretien Motivationnel (AFDEM), and a member of various committee. She is also a member of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec (OPQ) since 2001.
She offers counselling services to help you make the changes you want to make in order to get more out of your life. She uses Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These respectful approaches allow you, the client, to decide what you want to change and how you want to change it. Adolescent, adult or couple/family, she will work with you to help you get unstuck, change your way of behaving or change your way of thinking.
Some of the issues that she can tackle with you include: changing habits about exercise, eating, using tobacco, alcohol or drugs, or the way you have been thinking, or just feeling stuck about something in your life.
